30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • We require a receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider—it may take time before the refund posts.

  3. Contact your bank.
